Probus Aviation successfully sells an Airbus A320-200 with MSN 2573

Probus Aviation is pleased to announce that it has successfully sold an Airbus A320-200 (MSN 2573) on behalf of its client, Hong Kong Aviation Capital.

The aircraft was manufactured in 2005 and is powered by IAE V2527-A5 engines. The aircraft was leased by HKAC to Jetstar who operated it from new. Following their appointment as exclusive remarketing agent in April 2014, Probus undertook a global remarketing campaign for the aircraft before securing an outright sale in November 2014.

Speaking for Probus, Chief Executive Adrian M Lee said, “This demonstrates the global capability of Probus Aviation within a very competitive market sector for secondary aircraft. Within a little over six months of securing the mandate from our client, Probus was able to close the sale with a well-financed and highly-reputable buyer.”
